INNOMAG caustic pumps

Before - Sealed Caustic Pumps After - INNOMAG Sealless Caustic Pumps

INNOMAG eliminates the corrosion issues of caustic pumps.

Caustic is a term applied to chemicals used to neutralize any acids or other by-product remaining in the process. The most common of these chemicals are caustic soda, otherwise know as sodium hydroxide (NaOH), and potassium hydroxide (KOH). Depending upon temperature and concentration, both can be extremely corrosive. INNOMAG pumps perform great in caustic services.  Whether pumping caustic soda or caustic potash, INNOMAG pumps are ideal for the challenges presented by the application.  The chemical resistance of ETFE eliminates any corrosion issues without the costs of expensive exotic alloys and the sealless design avoids the issues with mechanical seals.  Caustic services with single seals will leak small amounts over time leading to corrosion of the baseplate and foundation as well as seal degradation as a result of crystallization at the seal faces.  Expensive double seals are expensive to install, require treated barrier fluid, and will dilute the caustic.

INNOMAG avoids all of those problems and offers the only true thrust balanced mag-drive pump on the market.
